CHICKEN AND MANGO SALAD



CHICKEN AND MANGO SALAD

300 gm chicken,cut into cubes

400 gm mango,remove skin and cut into cubes

1-2 red chili,remove seeds and sliced finely.

Some pounded roasted peanuts

Some salad leaves,any kind

Sauce

Mayonnaise

Chili sauce

1. Boil the chicken pieces with a little water and salt until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken and let it cool.

2. In a big bowl combine chicken,mango,chili,peanuts and enough chili sauce and mayonnaise mix well. And serve on a bed of chopped salad leaves.
