BELEBAT UBI BADAK
150gm purple yam,cut into cubes
100gm sugar,or to your taste
125gm rice flour
600ml thick coconut milk
1 pandan leaves
A pinch of salt
Banana leafs for packing
1. Steam the yam cube till haft cook. Remove and keep aside.
2. Mix all the other ingredients and cook stirring over a low heat until batter became thick (not very thick)
3. Mix in the steam yam and stir well. Take 2 tbsp of the mixture and put in the middle of the banana leaf and fold the 2 ends. Put in the steam and steam until cook for about 20-21 mints.
