SCRAMBLE EGG SAMBAL
1-2 tbsp tamarind juice
Salt and a bit of sugar to taste
4-3 tbsp oil
Grind to a paste
10 dry chili,remove seeds,soaked
1 big onion
11/2 cm belacan
30 gm anchovies
1. Heat the oil and add i grind paste and stir fry until the oil rise.
2. Add in the tamarind juice, sugar and salt( if needed) fry until the oil rise.
3. Break in the eggs one by one,don't stir let it cook a bit first then slowly mix it all up. Serve hot with hot rice.
