BELEBAT UBI KELEDEK (SWEET POTATOES CAKES)

BELEBAT UBI KELEDEK

150gm sweet potatoes,cut into small cubes or sticks

150gm sugar,or to your taste

125gm rice flour

600ml thick coconut milk

1 pandan leaves

A pinch of salt

Banana leafs


1. Mix together all the ingredient's in a pan and cook stirring all the time over a low heat.

2. Until the batter becomes thick but not well cooked. Mean while dip the banana leafs in hot water to soft ed them a bit. Wipe it dry.

3. Heat a steamer until the water boils. take 2 tbsp of the mixture and put on the banana leafs and fold the 2 ends. Put in the steamer tray and steam until cook.
