SWEET AND SOUR MANGO


SWEET AND SOUR MANGO

250gm young mango,don't remove the skin,cut into cube.

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

2 tsp chilli powder

5 tbsp sugar

11/2 tsp salt

1 cup water

(A)
1 big onion,sliced finely

1 stick cinnamon

2 star anise

2 stalk kari leafs

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

3-4 tbps oil

1. Heat oil and fry A till fragrant and when the onions are brown add the ginger/garlic paste with a little water.And fry until the raw smell disappear.

2. Fry till the the oil rise. Add in all the other ingredients and cook till the mango is cooked and mash.
