MINI PEANUT PUFFS




MINI PEANUT PUFFS

300 gm flour
1 tbsp rice flour
125 gm corn oil
A pinch of salt
60 gm water, more or less

For the peanut filling:

300 gm roasted peanuts,finely pounded
50 gm peanut butter
100 gm sugar
20 gm white sesame seeds,toasted

Oil for frying

1.   Mix all the filling ingredients together  and keep a side.

2.   Mix both the flour together and add in a pinch of salt . pour the oil and rub into the flour with your finger.

3.   Add in water little by little and knead into a  bit hard dough.

4.   Take a small of the dough and roll between 2 plastic sheets into a small round circle. Put the put rolled dough on a small puff cutter and put the filling in the middle and press the cutter. Take out and put on a tray.

5.   Heat the oil and deep fry the mini puff in medium heat till golden brown.
