APAM NASI

1 cup cooked rice

1 cup flour flour

1 cup rice flour

1 cup sugar (if you don't like it sweet, you can reduce it)

11/4 cups water

1 tsp yeast

1 cup white grated coconut

Salt to taste

 1.Blend the rice, sugar, water until smooth.

Then mix with flour, rice flour and yeast. Mix well.

 2.Marinate the mixture for 3 hours

If you want fluffy and steamed apam, using high heat.

 3. Heat a steamer and wrap the cover with cloth. Grease the small Chinese cups with oil. Then fill the cups with the mixture.

Steam for 10 minutes (small mold), if large mold (steam for a little longer, 15-20 minutes).

 4. Mix the salt and coconut and steam for 10 mint. serve with the apam.
