CHOCOLATE COOKIES

250 gm butter

11/4 cup icing sugar 1 egg yolk A 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup corn flour

1/2 cup milk powder 1/2 cup cocoa powder Enough chocolate rice for decoration

1 egg for coating - beaten

Stir butter & sugar until soft & well combined Mix eggs & vanilla essence. Stir well Sift wheat flour, corn flour, milk powder And cocoa powder. Mix until it becomes dough Roll the dough, not too thin & too thick. Press with your favorite mold Brush with egg & sprinkle chocolate rice Bake in an oven preheated to 160°c for 25-30 minutes, top & bottom heat. Open the fan once so that the biscuits cook evenly Cool the biscuits on a rack. Store in an airtight jar
