PEANUT COOKIES

1 kg  peanuts, roasted and remove skin

1 kg gm flour

700 gm sugar,grind into powder

Peanut oil

Condenses milk

Peanuts for garnish

 1.    Grind the peanuts and mix with the sugar and flour.

 2.    Add in the oil little by little and make into a dough.

 3 .   Form the dough into small balls ( ½ tbsp of dough ) and decorate the top and

brush with condensed milk

 4.   Bake for 20 mins at 180c.

Note; this recipe makes about 123 peanut cookies
