FRIED BITTER GOURD

FRIED BITTER GOURD

7-8 bitter gourd.

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying

1. Cut bitter gourd into thin slices

2. Mix with the chili powder,turmeric powder and salt and a little water if needed.

3. Leave a side for 15 mints, Heat oil and deep fry them until crips. Remove and drain.
    Fry some dried chili and kari leaves until crips and mix with the bitter gourd.
