PRAWN COCKTAIL -1

PRAWN COCKTAIL

600gm medium size prawns,boil with the skin,don't over cook the prawns,remove and skin.Cover and refrigerate

A few leaves of ice lettuce

1 tomato,sliced

1 small cucumber,shredded

A few hibiscus flower,chopped

Or you can use any other salads you like.

Cocktail sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2-3 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Lime or lemon juice to taste

Sugar to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

1. Divide the salads between four serving glasses. Arrange prawns on top of each salad and drizzle with cocktail sauce.
