300gm long beans,sliced
30gm anchovies,clean,fried and keep aside.
300ml thick coconut milk
Salt to taste
For tempering (A)
1 medium onion,sliced
1 red or green chili,sliced
2 stalk kari leafs
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ulutham paruppu
2 -3 tbsp oil
1. Heat the oil and add in A fry till fragrant and when the onion turn brown add in the long beans and coconut milk stir well and let the bean cook. When the bean are tender and coconut milk dries up add in the fried anchovies and stir well. Serve with rice.
