FRENCH BEANS SAMBAL
500 gm French beans,sliced
1 cup water
Tamarind juice to taste
Salt and sugar to taste
3-4 tbsp oil
Grind to a paste
10 dry chilis,remove seeds
1 big onion
1 cm belacan
2 garlic
20 gm dried prawns,soaked
1. Heat oil and add in the grind paste and stir until the oil rise.
2. Add in the sugar and tamarind juice satir well. Add in the water and let it boil.
4. When the water is a little reduce add in beans and stir fry until a bit dry. Taste before you add in the salt.
