APAM PISANG (STEAM BANANA CAKE)



APAM PISANG

1 cup mashed banana

2 cup flour,sifted

3/4 cup light brown sugar,or any kind of sugar you like.

2 eggs,beaten

1/2 cup corn oil

1/2 cup condensed milk

1 tsp baking powder,i use douple action baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

Paper cups

1. Boil water in the steamer

2. Mix all the ingredients together and let it rest for 10 mints.

3. Pour 3 tbps of the batter into the paper cups and steam for 20 mints or till cook.
