BREAD
GULAB JAMUN
12 sliced of
white bread
2 tbsp
ground almond
1 cup fresh
milk
1 tsp ghee
For the
sugar syrup
300 gm sugar
11/2 cup
1 tsp rose
essence
Chopped
cashewnuts for garnishing.
1.
Make
the syrup with the water and sugar. Boil till one tread consistency add in the
rose essence. Turn off the heat.
2.
Cut
off the edges of the bread and tear into small pieces. Put into a bowl and add
in the ground almond and ghee mix well and pour the milk little by little and
mix and knead well till you get a dough.
3.
Make
small balls with the bread dough fry the
ball in hot oil till golden brown and drop it in the syrup and let it soaked in it.
Serve garnish with chop cashewnuts.
