KARI LEAF
CHICKEN
500 gm
chicken,cut into small pieces and mix well and marinate with * for ½ hour.
*1 tsp
garlic & ginger paste
*1 tsp
turmeric powder
*1 tsp chili
powder
*1 tsp salt
*2 tsp
coriander powder
To grind
into a paste:
10 gm kari
leafs
40 gm grated
coconut
2 tsp cumin
seeds
2 tsp black
pepper
Dry roast
all the above ingredients one by one till fragrant and grind into a paste.
150 gm
tomato,chopped
1 big
onion,finely sliced
1 tsp ginger
& garlic paste
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ cup water
4 tbsp oil

Heat
oil in a pan and add in the onion and fry till it turn into light brown. Add in
the paste and fry till the raw smell disappear.

Add
in the chopped tomato and mix well fry till it became mash. Add in the chicken
and mix well fry for 2 minutes. Then add in the paste and mix well add in the
water,sugar and salt. Mix well and let it cook till the oil rise and dry.
