MURUNGAI KEERAI FRIED WITH EGGS



MURUNGAI KEERAI FRIED WITH EGGS

200 gm muruga keerai leafs

2 eggs,beaten

2 big onion,finely sliced

4 dry chilie,cut into pieces

3 garlic, pounded

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp ulutham paruppu

1 tsp sugar

2 tbsp oil

1.    Heat the oil and add in the mustard seeds and ulutham parppu stir fry then add in the onions,dry chilie and garlic fry till fragrant.

2.    Add in the keerai and mix well add in a little water and mix well.

3.    Stir fry well add salt and sugar mix well. Add in the eggs and mix well and fry till the eggs are cooked.
