ORANGE CAKE
250 gm butter or margarine
210 gm self raising flour
1 tbsp milk powder,add to the flour and
Sift.
200 gm caster sugar
5 small eggs or 4 big eggs
1 orange zest
1 tsp orange essence
6 tbsp or 100 gm orange juice
7cm baking tin line base and grease.
1. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add in the egg one by one and beat well combine.
3. Mix flour alternately with a spoon (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) with the juice till combine
4. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 170c for 50 mint depending on the type of oven use.
