CHICKEN CUTLET
200 gm ayam cincang ramly
200 gm mash potatoes, boiled potatoes remove skin and mash.
100 gm big onion, finely slice
1-2 green chilies, finely slice
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 chilie padi finely slice, if you like it hot
2 tbsp kadalai maavu ( chickpea flour )
1 tsp fennel seeds, coarsely pound
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chicken stock
salt to taste
oil for frying
Mix all to gather and made into vadai and fry in hot oil until cooked and brown in color. serve with rice.
