1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
1 tsp baking powder
11/3 cup water
Sugar to your taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
1. Blend the coconut,water,sugar,and the baking powder until well blend.
2. Pour into a bowl and mix with atta flour to make a very thick batter.
3. Heat oil and when the oil is hot, drop a tsp of the batter in the oil and fry until golden colour. remove and drain. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
