250gm pumkin,cut into cube
600ml thick coconut milk
1 big tomato,cut into wadges
1 tbsp meat curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt and a bit of sugar to taste
Grind to paste
6 dried chilli,remove seeds and soaked.
2 stalk lemon grass,finely sliced
11/2 cm lengkuas,chopped
4 shallots,sliced2 garlic,chopped
1 cm ginger,chopped
For tempering(A)
5-6 tbsp oil
1 stick cinnamon stick
2 star anis
2 stalk kari leafs
1. Heat oil and add A and let it fry,add the grind paste and meat curry powder and chilli powder. Fry until the oil rise.
2. Add the coconut milk,salt,tomato and sugar. Let it boil and simmer for 10 mints.
3. Add the vegetarian chicken and pumkin cook till the pumkin is cook. Remove from the heat and serve with rice.
