5 firm white bread sliced,cut the crust off,cut into 2

1 cup kadalai flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp salt
Pinch of asafetida
1 tsp cumin seed
2 finely chopped green chillis
1/4 cup chopped coriander leafs
1/2 cup of water,more or less
Oil for frying
1. Mix the A to a smooth batter.
2. Heat the oil
3. Dip the bread in the batter and fry until golden brown.
4. Repeat the process. Serve with chilli or hari chutney.
