60gm grated coconuts
60gm sugar,or to your taste
A pinch of salt
1. Mix all the ingredients together, heat a griddle, take 3 tbsp of the batter and put on the griddle.
2. Press the batter into a round pancake with your hand. Add some oil around it and let it cook.
3. Then turn the other side and cook until light brown. remove and cool before serving
