BROWN SUGAR KESARI
1 cup semolina
(A)
100gm brown sugar,more or less
10 cardamons,remove skin and pounded
3 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup ghee
50gm kismis
50gm cashwenuts
1/8 tsp salt
1. Put A in a pan and bring to boil,add semolina little by little stirring all the while till all the semolina finish.
2. Cook stirring all the while over gentle heat till it thick. Press into a tray and cut into pieces.
