ORANGE KESARI

 
 
ORANGE KESARI
 


1/2 cup semolina,roasted

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup water

1/4 tsp orange jest

2-3 tbsp ghee

Orange food colouring

Pinch of salt

Raisins

Cashewnuts

Almond sliced for garnish

1. Boil water,orange juice,sugar,colouring,salt,raisins and ghee.

2. When the water is boiling add in the orange jest and slowly add semolina little

by little stirring all the time until finish.stir over gentle heat till it thicken. Put in a tray

and level it and press. let it cool before cutting into pieces.
