250gm kadalai paruppu,soaked for 5-6 hours
2cm ginger
1 tsp fennel
Salt to taste
Blend or grind the above ingredients coarsely
(A)
1 big onion,finely sliced
3 green chillis,finely sliced,add more if you like it hot.
2 stalk karileaves,finely cut
1 tsp fennel
1/2 level tsp turmeric powder,if you like
Oil for frying
1. Mix the blend dhall with A mix well.
2. Heat the oil,shape the dough into flat patties and deep fry till golden brown.
