ULUTHAM VADAI




250gm ulutham paruppu,soaked for 4 hours
1 tsp fennel
2cm ginger
Salt to taste
Blend or grind all this into a paste.
(A)
2 green chillis,finely sliced
1 big onion,finely sliced
2 stalk kari leaves,finely sliced
1 tsp fennel
Oil for frying

1. Mix  grind ulutham parupu with A and mix well.
2. Heat the oil, Shape the dough into flat patties and deep fry till golden brown.
