500gm rasawalli yam,cut into cubes.
100gm sugar,or to your taste
2 cups thin coconut milk
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 pandan leafs
1. Mix the yam,thin coconut milk,sugar and salt and cooked until the yam are soft.
2. Remove from the heat and mash the yam with a spoon. (I sometime like it to be in pieces and not mash)
3. Return to the heat and add thick coconut milk and let it boil. Serve hot or cold.
