CHICKEN VARUVAL

CHICKEN VARUVAL

500gm chicken,cut into small pieces and marinated with
2 tbsp meat curry powder
2 tbsp chili power
1 tsp garam masala,optional
Salt to taste
mix  all to-gather and marinated for 2-3 hours.

(B)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste

1 big tomato,chopped finely
1/4 cup water

For tempering(A)
1 big onion,finely sliced
1 stick cinnamon
2 star anise
1/2 mustard seeds
4-5 dried chili,broken into pieces
2 stalk kari leafs
5-6 tbsp oil

1. Heat the oil and add in A and fry until fragrant and when the onion turn light brown. Add in B and a little water fry until the raw smell disappear.

2. Add the tomatoes and stir fry well. Add in the chicken and the rest of the ingredients and stir fry until chicken is cooked and dry. Serve with rice.
