FISH CUTLET & FRIED FISH

FISH CUTLET

(A)
500gm fish (mackerel) cut into big pieces and steam until cooked

250gm potatoes,boiled,remove the skin and mashed.

11/2 cm ginger,chopped finely

3 garlic,chopped finely

2 big onion,finely sliced

2-3 green chilies,finely chopped

2-3 stalk coriander leafs,chopped

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp fennel seeds,pounded coarsely

Salt to taste

2 eggs,beaten

Oil for deep frying


1. Put all ingredients A in a bowl and mix well. And shape into cutlets.

2. Heat oil and when the oil is hot take one cutlet and dip in the eggs and drop in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
