BINGKA TEPUNG BERAS

BINGKA TEPUNG BERAS

300gm rice flour

75gm green pea flour

250gm sugar

1800ml thick coconut milk from 2 coconut

1 pandan leaf

1 tsp salt

Greased 8cm square tin

1. Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat. Stirring all the time until it became thick.

2. Remove the pandan leaf and pour into the tin . And bake 180 until cook. about 1 hour. Remove and let it cool completely before cutting into sliced.
