ALMOND JELLY WITH LYCHEE

ALMOND JELLY WITH LYCHEE

You can use any kind of fruit you like, like Pineapple,Peaches etc


500ml water

2 tsp full jelly powder

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/4 tsp almond essence

1 tin of lychee

Sugar syrup

Ice cubes

1. Boil water and add jelly powder mix well. Let the jelly dissolve.

2. Add the condensed milk and almond essence mix well.

3. Pour into a tray and let it set.

4. Cut into cube and mix with the tin lychee,sugar syrup to your taste and add in the ice cubes. Serve
