FRIED MACARONI
200 gm macaroni
5 tined button mushrooms,sliced
100 gm minced chicken ( I use ramly )
2 garlic,pounded
2 cm ginger,pounded
1 tomato,chopped
1 red chili,sliced,optional
2 tbsp oil
Seasoning
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt,or to taste
1 tsp chicken stock granules
5 tbsp tomato sauce
150 ml water or chicken stock
Garnishing
Some chopped spring onion
1. Bring some water to boil in a pot,add macaroni and a few drops of oil. Cook until macaroni turn soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil and add in the garlic, ginger and red chili ( if use)fry until fragrant. Add minced chicken and stir fry until fragrant. Add mushroom and seasoning stir well. Bring to a boil then add in the Macaroni and tomato. Stir well
3. Toss and fry until well combined and sauce is reduced. Dish out and serve with a garnishing of chopped spring onion.
