BITTER GOURD OMELETTE



BITTER GOURD OMELETTE


250 gm bitter gourd, finely sliced

20 gm dry prawn,soaked and pounded coarsely

2 green chilies,finely sliced

100 gm big onion,finely sliced

5 eggs,beaten

Salt and a bit of sugar to taste

Oil

Mix all together except the oil. Heat a pan and pour some oil and pour  a ladle full of the mixer and fry both side until cook.
