KHAJOOR LADOO

250 gm dates, remove the seeds

50 g cashews, coarsely mashed

50 gm almonds, roughly crushed

100 gm peanuts, finely ground

50 gm pistachios, roughly crushed

50 gm raisins, crushed

2 tbsp ghee

1 tsp cardamom powder

Mix all the ingredients above and mash until it becomes a dough. Take a small amount of dough and shape it into a round shape and roll it over the pistachio nuts. Put it in a paper cup.
