300gm black tau foo,cut into cubes
500gm white mastard green.
1/3 water
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 big onion,sliced
4 garlick,chopped finely
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 red chilli,sliced
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp oil
2. Add the black tau foo,vegetarian sauce,black soy sauce,sugar and salt. Stir well add the water.
3. When the water is reduce add the vegetable and stir well. Don't overcook the vegetable. Remove from the heat and serve hot with rice.
