VEGETARIAN CHICKEN STEW
250gm vegetarian chicken,mix with a little hp sauce and cornflour and fry until golden.
5 medium potatoes,cut into wedges and fry until golden
1 large onion,quartered
500ml water
3 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Ground black pepper to taste
Mix together
1 tsp corn flour
1/3 cup water
1. Boil the water and add all the ingredients and cook till the water reduced a bit. Add the corn flour mixer to thicked. Remove from the heat and serve hot with rice.
