MEALMAKER PETAI SAMBAL


MEALMAKER PETAI SAMBAL

 80gm mealmaker,soaked overnight,boil until cooked and drain.
50gm petai
3 tbsp oil
1/3 cup water
1 tbps tamarind juice,or to taste
Sugar and salt to taste

Grind
15 dried chilies,remove seeds and soaked
1 big onion,sliced
3 garlic,chopped
2 stalk serai,chopped
2 tbsp vegetarian oyters sauce

1. Heat the oil and add the grind ingredients and fry until oil rise.

2. Add the water,salt,tamarind juice and sugar to taste stir well, Add the mealmaker and cook until water reduce.
add in the petai and stir well. Remove from the heat. And serve with rice.
