POTATOES MASALA
500 gm potatoes,boil till cook then peel the skin off. Cut into cubes.
1 tsp chilie powder
11/2 tbsp sambar powder
½ cup water
Salt to taste
For tempering
1 big onion,finely sliced
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ulutham parupu
2 stalk curry leafs
4-5 tbsp oil

Heat
the oil and add in the tempering ingredients fry till the onion turn light
brown.

Low
the heat and add in the chilie dan sambar powder mix well and pour in the water
and salt. Mix well and let it boil.
3.
Add
in the boil potatoes and mix well and stir fry till dry.
