VEGETARIAN
BUTTER CHICKEN
250 gm
vegetarian chicken
¼ cup rice
flour
¼ cup flour
½ tbsp meat
curry powder
A little
salt
2 chilie padi,sliced finely ( the long type I use one red and
one green)
2
garlic,chopped finely
2 stalk
curry leafs
3-4 tbsp
butter
½ cup evaporated
milk
1 tsp corn
flour mix with a little water
1 tbsp sugar,
or to taste
1.
Mix
the vegetarian chicken with the curry powder and keep aside.

Mix
the flour together. Add in the chicken and sprinkle a little water and mix it
up it must be a little dry.
3.
Heat
oil and fry the chicken till golden brown remove and keep a side.
4.
In
a pan heat the butter and add in the garlic and fry then add in the chille and curry leafs mix
well and add in the milk and sugar mix well and add in the corn flour mixer mix
well and add in the fried chicken and toss well. Remove from the heat and serve
hot with rice.
