SWEET STEAM TAPIOCA



SWEET STEAM TAPIOCA

350 gm grated tapioca

1 cup thick coconut milk

200 gm brown sugar

1 pandan leaf, knotted

¼ tsp salt

Some banana leaf

1.    In a pan add in the thick coconut milk,brown sugar,salt and pandan leaf.

2.    Cook stirring over a low heat till the sauce becomes a bit thick.

3.    Add in the grated tapioca and stir till it becomes thick. Remove from the heat.

4.    Boil some water in a steamer. When the water is boiling. Take 2 -3 tbsp of the tapioca and put in the a pieces of banana leaf and fold ( like I have fold in the picture) and steam for 20 mint. Take it out and serve.
