PINEAPPLE TART
250 gm butter
160 gm caster
2 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essences
sifts together;
400 gm flour
40 gm cornflour
1 tbsp milk powder
Pineapple jam
1. Beat the butter, sugar,vanilla and egg til well combine.
2. Add in the four little by little mix in to a dough.
3. Take some dough and put in between a plastic paper and roll into a not very thick and not very thin dough cut it out with a tart mould and put some jam in the middle and.
4. Bake in a preheated oven 180c for 15 mins depand on the oven use.
