BUAH KANA COOKIES 


125 gm butter

1 cup flour, add a bit more if needed

1/2 cup icing sugar

1 tbsp milk powder

1 /2 cup custard flour

1/2 cup cornflour

1 small egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla essences

Strawberry jam or any jam you like 


Cara Membuat: 


1. In a bowl mix butter,egg yolk,sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well.

2. Mix together the cornflour and custard flour. And this the butter mixer and mix well.

3. Then add in the flour little by little. And mix till you get a dough which don't stick to the hand

4. Take some dough and press into the buah kana mould and knot it out. Arrange in a baking tray.

5. Bake in a preheated oven 170c for 15 -20 mins. Depending on the oven use.

6. When the cookies  are  cool rub some jam and stick them to gather.
