BANANA PANCAKE


 
BANANA PANCAKE

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 ¼ cups milk

1 banana,mashed

1 egg

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon banana essence

Bananas,sliced


Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk, melted butter banana essences,mashed banana well combined.

3. Make the Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

4. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot surface. Cook until bubbles form on the surface arrange sliced banana and let it cook then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

5. Serve: Serve warm
