LATTE CHEESE DESSERT
Cheese Layer
11/2 tbsp jelly powder
700ml fresh milk
160gm sugar
1 tsp potato starch
250gm cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
Cook all the above ingredients until melted and boiling.
Latte Layer
1 tbsp jelly powder
500ml water
100gm sugar
21/2 instant coffee powder
1 tsp coffee paste
Mix all ingredients cook until dissolved and boiling.
Pour 2/3 of the cheese mixture into a prepared pudding mould and leave to set in the fridge. Remove from fridge scratch the layer surface with a fork and pour 1/2 of latte mixture onto cheese layer. Leave to set in the fridge. Repeat the same method until the last layer.
Is it gelatin or agar agar powder in the recipe. What a beautiful dessert.
