BEETROOT HALWA


150gm tang meen fang flour
100gm sugar more or less
250gm beeroot,remove the skin and blend with water and sieve the water.
600ml beetroot juice
1/3 cup ghee
1/8 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients and stir until over a low heat until . It became thick and when the batter leaves the side of the pan. Remove and pour into a tray level it and garnish with chopped almonds.Coll before cutting it into pieces.
