PINEAPPLE HALWA



(A)
150gm tang meen fang flour
250gm sugar,or to taste
70gm pineapple,chopped ( I use tin pineapple)
A pinch of salt
A little of pineapple essence
A little of yellow colouring
600-700ml water, more or less
(B)
80-100gm ghee

1. Mix A in a pan and stir over a low heat until it became thick. Add the ghee little by little till all the ghee is use up.
2. Stir until the batter leave the side of the pan. Put in a tray and level garnish with chopped pineapple and chopped cashewnuts.Cool before cutting into pieces.
