CAULIFLOWER AND QUAIL EGGS STEW

CAULIFLOWER AND QUAIL EGGS STEW

15 quail eggs,boil and remove the skin
250gm cauliflowers,sliced
100gm carrots,sliced
1 big onion,sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 cup water
3 tbsp oysters sauce
1/2 tbsp lea and perris sauce
1 tsp corn flour,more or less to thicken.
Pepper powder to taste
Salt and a pinch of sugar

1. Heat oil and add the onion and fry for 2 mints.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the cauliflower is cooked.
