PUDINA SANDWICH


PUDINA SANDWICH

For the thuvaiyal:

150 gm pudina leafs ,chopped

10 gm green chili (padi) more if you like it hot.

3 shallots,chopped

2  garlic, chopped

2 cm ginger,chopped

30 gm grated white fresh coconut

4 tbsp thick tamarind juice,more if you like it very sour.

2- 3 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

1. Heat the oil and add the shallot,garlic,ginger and chili fry for a while.

2. Add the coconut and pudina leafs stir well. fry for a while. Remove from the heat and cool.

3. Grind or blend the all the ingredients until fine and thick. Make sure that it is not watery. You thuvaiyal is ready you can serve it with rice  or any thing you like.

To make the Sandwich:

Take a sliced of bread and applied some butter or mayonaise, then applied the pudina thuvaiyal and cut into sandwichs.
