INDIAN SCRAMBLE EGGS
5 large eggs,crack the eggs into a bowl
and add a little salt and beat
300 gm spanish onions,sliced
30 gm dry prawns,soaked in water for 1 hour,pounded
3-4 red or green chilis,sliced
2-3 stalk kari leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1. Heat the oil and add in the mustard seeds and kari leaves and fry for a mints then add in the chili and onion.
2. Stir fry until the onion turn soft (not very soft). Then add in the pounded dry prawns. Stir well. Add in the eggs and stir fry until the eggs are cooked.
